To help you get the most out of your session, take a few moments to create a calm and comfortable space for yourself:

* Grab yourself a glass of water – staying hydrated helps you stay present.
* Find a quiet, undisturbed spot – somewhere you can relax without interruptions.
* Choose a comfortable position – you can sit upright, lie on the couch, or even get cosy in bed.
* Bring a light blanket if you’d like – anything that helps you feel more at ease is welcome.

There is no dress code; wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable; you can even wear your pyjamas! If lighting a candle helps you feel grounded, go ahead and do that too.
