Terms of Payment

At ’Nirvana Healing’ I believe in old fashion values and therefore offer you a personalised service for each and every item you purchase from my online store. If you would like to know more about any products you wish to purchase prior to check out please feel free to contact me and I will endeavour to assist you in your shopping experience as quickly and as best I can. 

Prices are subject to change without notice and all payments are to be made direct to ’Nirvana Healing’ upon checkout. Please note that all prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and no Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be payable.

I believe Square payments is the quickest and safest way to shop online these days hence this is the only payment option available.

The process of despatching your order will begin once payment has been received in full and not before.

Returns Policy

I do ask that you choose carefully as your order is important to me however ’Nirvana Healing’ will not be held responsible for change of mind or purchasing the wrong item and therefore cancellation of orders or refunds will not accepted.

I will personally inspect all items prior to despatching to ensure all items purchased are free from defects in materials and workmanship however kindly ask that you inspect any items purchased for possible damage caused during transit and notify me within 7 days of goods being received. ’Nirvana Healing’ must approve and issue you with a returns authorisation number prior to any returns being made.

’Nirvana Healing’ will not be held responsible for any further damages or lost shipment due to returning orders. 

If you are purchasing an item as a gift for a special someone and would like the option of an exchange please contact me first and I will endeavour to have this option available to you, however ’Nirvana Healing’ will not be responsible for additional postage costs for return of goods or despatching of the preferred item.

Consignment and Postage Agreement

Despatch time may vary as some products may take longer to prepare, pack and post than others due to variations such as the supplier of the goods and size of your order however maximum turnaround time will be approximately five working days.

Postage time may also vary, this being the time it will take for the products to arrive at the advised address from Australia Post, which I have outlined the approximate turnaround time below to give you an idea. Please note this is just a guide and may sometimes take a day or two more.

Please be aware that all jewellery items purchased will be sent via Standard Registered mail to ensure your goods are received and all other items will be sent via parcel tracking to help keep you informed regarding where your purchase is.

There is no postage charges for registered or parcel tracking postage however there is an option for Express Postage if you would like to receive your purchase a little faster than advised above and this can be selected upon check out and the following postage fee will apply. 

Express Post is $7.00

If you choose Express post and you are located in the Australia Post overnight area codes according to Australia Post it will be delivered the next day after it has been dispatched (the day it has left the post office).

Delivery is guaranteed and all registered parcels (jewellery items) must be signed for to ensure safe delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery the parcel will be taken to your nearest post office and a card will be left in your letter box to let you know your purchase is happily waiting for you when you are ready to collect it.
